At Fold&Read, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:

• Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, including all original tags and the protective case. Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Process: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
For exchanges, you may select a different color or strength, subject to availability.
